Andy began his career in the financial services industry immediately after graduating from Butler University in 2007. At Butler, he earned his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Finance.

His decade as an advisor with Prudential offered him the opportunity to work alongside his father in Teutopolis, IL. Andy has a passion for taking a big picture approach to financial planning and working with his clients to help them achieve financial independence.

Andy met his wife and now business partner, Emily, while attending Butler. They have two children, Webb who was born in 2017 and Hugh born in 2019.  Both have already become fans of the Bulldogs! Jenny Kinkelaar

Early on in her career, Jenny realized that people and solving problems were her passion. With that in mind, she centered her career around that passion. Her love of relationship building and problem solving led her to a career in operations and management. Her Director of Operations position with Jack Flash, a local chain of retail stores, fueled that fire for almost 10 years after her graduation from Eastern Illinois University.

Jenny is now a part of Brücke's Financial Adviser team and embraces Brücke's fee-only business model. She feels stripping away commissions and outside financial influences allows Advisers to have fewer inherent conflicts of interest, and therefore provide unbiased advice to clients. Alongside Brücke's team of Advisers, Jenny is excited to help business owners build unique employee benefit plans. She believes companies will increase employee retention through carefully crafted plans that include focusing on employee's financial health now and in retirement. Her background gives Jenny insight and experience that business owners can relate to. She also focuses on helping individuals increase their financial health. She values tailored client experience and individual approach based on each client's unique situation and goals.

Jenny, her husband Nick, and their 3 children, Adelyn, Vivian, and Vincent were all born in the area and still live in Green Creek. Jenny's roots are ingrained in the local community and the people in it.  Being close to their circle of family and friends is a top priority to both Jenny and her husband. Jenny enjoys the freedom of the country and loves horse riding, golf cart riding and being outside at the family pavilion.

Jacob Beckman

Jacob graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science and began his career at Ameren, where he spent four years as an electrical engineer helping ensure reliability and safety for the communities he served. While he enjoyed the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, Jacob felt called to help people in a different way—beyond keeping the lights on. This shift in purpose led him to Brucke Financial, where he helps families prepare confidently for their future.

As a financial advisor, Jacob brings the same problem-solving mindset he used in the electrical field to the world of financial planning. His focus is on helping clients grow toward their long-term goals using strategies that make their money work intentionally for them.

Jacob and his wife, Hannah (Walk), were both raised in Teutopolis and have one son, Walker. They reside north of Teutopolis near their family. Outside of work, Jacob and Hannah enjoy traveling and exploring beyond their small-town roots. Jacob also spends his free time on the golf course or playing pickleball.

Emily and Andy often discussed the exciting challenge of partnering in business, and she’s excited to continue building Brücke Financial alongside him. Emily enjoys spending time with her family, rooting on the Butler Bulldogs, nurturing her many houseplants (she has quite the Green Thumb!) and traveling. She especially loves sharing her love of Disney with her boys!
